Orders & Shipping
How long will it take to receive my order?
In-stock items ship in 2–3 business days. Preorder/special-order items show estimated dates on the product page.
Where do you ship from?
From U.S. warehouse partners (varies by product).
Do you offer international shipping?
U.S. only for now.
How can I track my order?
We’ll email tracking once it ships; you can also check your account page.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Returns accepted within 10 days for new, unworn items with tags. Preorders, special orders, and final sale items aren’t returnable.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Email austin@elliottcollective.org with your order number.

What does “preorder” mean?
Reserve an item before it arrives; estimated ship dates appear on the product page.
How do I place a special order?
Email austin@elliottcollective.org with the product name, color, and size.

Are designer/upcycled pieces authentic?
Yes—each item is verified for authenticity and quality.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Some styles restock. Click “Notify me when available” or follow us on social.
Do you carry kids & family items?

What payment methods do you accept?
Major cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
