Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy



At The Elliott Collective, every item is thoughtfully sourced, curated, or crafted — often in small batches or made to order. Because some of our pieces (including items from Elliott’s Grandpa’s handcrafted line) are individually created, processing times may vary by product.





Purchase Options



1. Ready-to-Ship Items

Most ready-to-ship items are processed within 2–4 business days and shipped once payment has cleared.


2. Made-to-Order Items

Certain products are made to order, including hand-painted, custom, or limited-release pieces. These typically ship within 7–14 business days, though production times may vary depending on materials and design complexity.


3. Elliott’s Grandpa’s Line (Handcrafted Items)

Elliott’s Grandpa’s collection features unique, artisanal pieces — each one carefully made by hand. Because of the craftsmanship involved, production can take 3–5 weeks before shipment. Every piece reflects patience, skill, and love — a family tradition carried into The Elliott Collective.


4. Preorders

Payment is collected at checkout to reserve your piece. Estimated shipping dates are listed on the product page and may vary slightly based on supplier or production timelines.





Cancellations & Order Changes



We begin processing orders quickly, so cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase by emailing support@shopelliottcollective.com.


After that time, your order may already be in production or shipping preparation and cannot be canceled.


Important Notes:


  • Made-to-Order & Elliott’s Grandpa’s Line: Once production has begun, these items cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged, as they are custom crafted specifically for you.
  • Preorders: May be canceled within 24 hours of purchase; after that, preorder sales are final.
  • Order Changes: Sizing or customization updates must be submitted within 24 hours and are subject to approval.






Failed Deliveries & Refused Packages



If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or non-pickup, shipping costs will not be refunded. Customers are responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.





Payment Authorization



By completing your purchase, you authorize The Elliott Collective to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping.
