Return & Exchange Policy



At The Elliott Collective, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.





Standard Returns



We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange.


Eligibility:


  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.
  • Final sale, custom, upcycled, and discounted items are not eligible for return.
  • Accessories, beauty products, and clearance items are final sale.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.



How to Start a Return:


  1. Email support@shopelliottcollective.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending your item back.
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.



Refunds & Store Credit:

Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued to your Elliott Collective account for future purchases.


Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@shopelliottcollective.com so we can make it right.





Designer & Luxury Items



Designer and luxury pieces (including Tom Ford, Gucci, and limited-edition collections) have special handling requirements.


Luxury Return Terms:


  • Eligible for return within 7 days of delivery for store credit only.
  • Items must be in brand-new condition, unworn, and include all original tags, dust bags, and packaging.
  • Items showing any signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
  • Return shipping and insurance are the responsibility of the customer.



Authenticity & Condition Verification:

All luxury items are carefully inspected upon return to verify authenticity and condition. Once approved, store credit will be issued.
