Shipping Policy



At The Elliott Collective, every order is packed with care and attention to detail. Because some of our pieces are made to order, shipping times may vary depending on the product and availability.





Processing Times



  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days.
  • Made-to-Order Items: Please allow 7–14 business days for production before shipment. Each piece is created or finished just for you — thank you for your patience and support of small-batch craftsmanship.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.






Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates



  • Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
  • Domestic U.S. orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.
  • Expedited shipping may be available for select items at an additional cost.
  • We currently ship within the United States. Please contact us at support@shopelliottcollective.com for inquiries about international shipping.






Order Tracking



Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.





Preorders & Custom Items



For limited collections, preorders, and hand-crafted or made-to-order items, estimated ship dates will be listed in the product description. These dates are approximate and may vary slightly due to production timelines or material availability.





Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages



Once an order leaves our facility, delivery is managed by the carrier. The Elliott Collective is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once marked “Delivered.”

If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. We’re happy to help with documentation if needed for a claim.





Incorrect Shipping Information



Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
